Owner/Clinical Director

Fanegie Badette, LMHC

Fanegie Badette is the owner and Clinical Director of Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who strives to help her clients feel more emotionally healthy, and balanced. She provides strategies and insight on how to manage anxiety and/or depression. She provides support and guidance to couples and families who desire to build deeper and long lasting connections. She also helps individuals learn how to be in tune with their beliefs and values, in order to help them reach their goals.  

Fanegie has many years of experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, as well as adults. She has worked with families for 15 years, providing case management and family therapy services. Over the past  10 years, she has worked more closely with individuals, providing one on one counseling to address anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and goal setting. Fanegie now owns a group counseling practice, and provides clinical supervision to new therapists, offering insight and support as they learn and grow as clinicians.

Alexa Cabrera, LMHC

Alexa Cabrera's intention is to provide a safe, inclusive, and culturally affirming therapeutic space for folx from all walks of life to support them in navigating their journey. Alexa believes in being an active and reflective listener; empathizing and validating clients who seek to cultivate their best self. Alexa provides strength based and affirming counseling, in order to empower clients to reach their goals. She has worked collaboratively with adults and teenagers, utilizing varied counseling modalities that best support each client's individual needs. She has helped clients work through stress, anxiety, depression, as well as processing thoughts, trauma, grief and life transitions. Alexa also uses an Emotionally Focused approach when working with couples, in order to help them recognize unhealthy behavior patterns, improve communication, and reconnect on a deeper level.

Sherica Ross-Nickle

Sherica Ross-Nickle is a firm believer that self-care is an integral part of improving your well-being, and "taking your power back". Sherica's personal and professional experience within the mental health field has driven her to support all in need of becoming the healthiest versions of themselves - inside and out. She has worked with a diverse population, and understands how our differences can impact our healing. Sherica offers a safe space for all – including all races, cultures, religions, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. She provides support and guidance for those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma, through the use of modalities such as traditional talk-therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Mindfulness, and strength-based counseling. Through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy, she also helps couples acknowledge their relational patterns, reduce conflict, and improve healthy communication. While respecting and acknowledging your culture and life experience, Sherica will help you break down personal barriers, build confidence, and empower you to be the best version of yourself.

Corina Quel

Corina Quel's mission is to assist her clients in building a vision for the life they want to live while staying true to themselves. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to improve their self-confidence and make changes that align with their identity and beliefs. Corina works with clients in reframing unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She also helps clients understand how their past has influenced their current life experience. While focusing on strengths, she provides guidance in establishing boundaries to maintain healthy relationships and help clients develop coping skills to manage stressors. Corina also works with immigrants who are discovering their purpose learning to set boundaries, and navigating identity or relationship changes. In session, Corina offers a safe space while providing compassion, empathy, and respect to everyone that she works with.

Emily Hodgson

Emily Hodgson's passion is to help others gain insight into their experience, feel empowered, and reach their highest potential. She seeks to develop a trusting, collaborative, and empowering counseling relationship with all of the people that she works with. She uses an integrative approach by combining person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and reality therapy to focus on her clients' goals and needs. She also uses a holistic, trauma-informed, and multicultural lens while working with each of her clients, as she understands that many life factors and systems affect one’s mental health. She currently work with adolescents and adults from various backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community. Her aim is to provide a warm, patient, empathetic, and culturally affirming environment so that people feel comfortable enough to become vulnerable.

Christopher Warmann

Christopher Warmann specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and stress. He offers a non-judgmental, inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace comfortable for you. Chris' approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, tailoring each session to your individual needs. He strives to make clients feel heard through empathic active listening, validation, and reflection. He also incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Your own life experiences and challenges are unique, and Chris believes your therapeutic experience should be as well. Whether you are navigating significant life changes or seeking support for mental health concerns, Chris is committed to helping you through your journey.

Elizabeth Goodyear

Elizabeth Goodyear 's goal is to provide a therapeutic and welcoming space, where clients are listened to without judgment, and encouraged to be the most authentic versions of themselves. Elizabeth is empathetic, supportive, kind, and finds that sometimes a sense of humor can be some of the best medicine. Elizabeth invites her clients to release their baggage into her care for the duration of the session and the entirety of the therapeutic relationship. She believes in validating and affirming the clients thoughts and actions, but also challenging them when needed. She has experience working with a diverse population and understands that who we are in terms of our emotions and lived experiences come from who we are within our cultures, races, traditions and beliefs. She believes that there are patterns within each of us that provide a deeper insight into who we are, and recognizing them is an integral part of the process of healing. Elizabeth uses a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Humanistic therapy, and mindfulness, with a person centered approach. Elizabeth is here to accompany you wherever your journey to mental wellness takes you.

Joy-Anne Persaud

With empathy and compassion, Joy-Anne Persaud can help you gain the insight needed to make the changes in your life that you have been seeking. Joy will collaborate with you to become comfortable with who you are, while taking steps towards who you would like to become. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, including multiple theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, and Contemplative Therapy. She has also developed a focus on those on the autism spectrum, as well as marginalized populations, cultures, and identities including LGBTQIA+. Joy is a firm believer that you already have the skills needed to be your best self. She is here to help you on your journey.

Julissa Garcia

Julissa's goal and purpose is to help you become a better version of yourself. She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, and has worked with many that struggle with emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Julissa provides a person-centered, strength-based approach, which will help you to become stronger, more confident, more self aware, and make the positive changes in your life that you've been hoping for. Julissa can also provide faith based counseling upon request. If you are struggling with stress, difficulty with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, or a victim of Domestic Violence, Julissa is able to provide the strategies needed to build strength and confidence for a happier and healthier you.
